Donation Terms
These terms establish the procedure for providing support on the website www.lietuvagyvunams.com (hereinafter – the Website). By making a donation, the person (hereinafter – the Donor) confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them.
1. Recipient of Support
Support is designated to Deimantė Guobytė’s charity and support fund “Lietuva-gyvūnams”, legal entity code 304087945, registered address Baltijos pr. 1-5, 94136 Klaipėda (hereinafter – the Recipient).
2. Purpose of Support
● All funds raised are used for the organization’s direct activities: animal care, treatment, feeding, sterilization, temporary fostering, and covering other essential expenses.
● The Donor can choose to designate support to a specific project/animal or to general activities. If the amount raised for a specific purpose exceeds the need, the remaining funds are allocated to rescuing other animals.
3. Donation Methods and Procedure
● You can donate using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bankas online banking services. Also by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay bank cards. Donations are accepted in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
● You can also donate by making a direct transfer to the bank account.
● Donations can be one-time or recurring (monthly).
● Donation is a voluntary and non-refundable action.
● No minimum donation is set unless specified during a particular campaign.
● The recurring donation debit date is considered to be the day when the Donor first transferred the selected recurring support amount. If, when debiting donations at the Donor’s chosen frequency, the donation debit date falls on a non-working day, the funds are debited on the nearest working day.
● You can cancel recurring support in your online banking account or by contacting us by email at marketingas.lietuvagyvunams@gmail.com. banking account or by contacting us by email at marketingas.lietuvagyvunams@gmail.com.
4. Data Protection
● The Recipient undertakes to use the Donor’s data (name, surname, email) only for support administration and acknowledgment purposes, in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.

5. Refund of Support
● According to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, voluntarily provided support is non-refundable.
● In exceptional cases (e.g., in the event of a technical error or double payment due to system malfunction), the Donor may contact us by email at marketingas.lietuvagyvunams@gmail.com within 5 working days regarding a refund.
6. Accountability
● We value transparency, so we regularly publish information about our activities in our annual reports and social media accounts.
