It’s been a whole month now since we’ve all been living with New Year’s resolutions. During the holiday period, many people reflect on the good they accomplished over the past year. Our team also took time to consider how we contributed to the welfare of stray animals in 2017.
As most of our followers already know, the Lithuania for Animals team organizes food collection drives in various Lithuanian cities. Last year we managed to hold several food collection drives in Lithuania’s largest cities. Without you, these drives certainly wouldn’t have been so successful. Thanks only to caring people, throughout all of 2017 we all together collected as many as 123 full carts of food for our four-legged friends. All this food was distributed to animal shelters across Lithuania.
We want to say an endless THANK YOU to everyone for your support and assistance. Only thanks to you do we move forward and pass on the support, help, and hope you’ve provided to animals failed by fate. We also want to thank you for your faith in our work. As we like to say – without you, there would be no us!
123 – this number will stay in our minds for a long time. Once again, we say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who contributed to this food collection drive and believed in our work.
